Packages can be created with the following services included:
- Prenatal visits to discuss your understanding of birth, learn about common misconceptions and create realistic mindset of what you can ‘expect’ during your birthing time.
- Phone and email support.
- Birth Plan/Preference Help
- On call two weeks before your estimated due date until you enter your birthing time.
- Labor and delivery support from the moment you feel the need. I can
come to your home and help with labor there or meet you at the hospital/birthing center. - Postpartum visit occurring 3-5 days after the birth.
- 1 year of ongoing support as needed, if needed.
